Start with the Property search
With hundreds of properties to choose from, finding the right property fast is a must. Search using the website by area, map, bedrooms or cost. If you still can`t decide come in and we will help you to find just what you are looking for.

Viewings 
We will take you to see the properties of your choice at a time that suits you. Please bare in mind that we will need to give the current tenants 24 hours notice.  We don`t want you travelling miles and then not being able to see the one you really want!

Booking the property 
Our simple application process is as painless as it can be. We will take up references and guarantor details. Once approved, the tenancy agreement is signed by all parties. You may feel this is a bit lengthy but we do this to ensure you fully understand the terms and conditions of your tenancy. We want to make sure you know what you are signing for as it is of course a legally binding contract.  If you have any queries, please do ask one of our letting negotiators and they will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
