Home and Student Link is a student only letting agency. We believe that by dealing purely with students, both the landlord and student gets the service they require and indeed deserve.

Whether you are looking to rent out a property for the first time or have a vast experience of the market place, we are always on hand to assist in any way we can.

Our aim is to provide high quality student accommodation and a well maintained property is a must. Give us a call or pop into the office to have a chat with one of our experts. We can advise you on all aspects of student letting, from the legal requirements to what furniture you need - all the answers you need! Of course, if you are already an experienced landlord then we maybe teaching you to `suck eggs` and you can tell us so! It is just great for us to get out and see the property so at least you have an idea of rental figures etc which will enable you to make an informed decision.
